It is a cotton poplin, so lighter than the usual quilting fabric, and an ideal weight for a baby's quilt.

http://www.remnanthousefabric.co.uk/dress_fabric/cotton-poplin-dress-fabric/BRITISH-TEA-ROSE-AND-HUBBLE-COTTON-POPLIN-FABRICMuvhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00734374133479479218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1895516057450453227.post-3699754316638265542015-09-28T12:34:23.499+01:002015-09-28T12:34:23.499+01:00I love the London mugs fabric. It depends on how the colours are building up. Also, because the background fabric is calico, if I do slightly wider spaces between the lines of stitching the overall effect is paler. There is no fixed plan when I start, I watch how it is coming together and adapt along the way.Muvhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00734374133479479218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1895516057450453227.post-65729489614029419232015-09-25T16:02:48.542+01:002015-09-25T16:02:48.542+01:00Hi Muv, your landscape is coming along nicely.
