What, more snow??!! We haven't had a single flake all winter. If you can imagine mud, mud and mud, followed by daffodils, primroses and celandines, then you have the picture of what it is like here. Keep warm, Donna. Love, Muv
It is the same family - convolvulos arvensis - but a much smaller flower. The shade of pink varies, with some flowers being almost white. This was a particularly dark pink flower, which is why I took the photo.

A sisyphean task. But I have found the leaves make a strong yellow dye.

DeleteBeautiful flower. Is this in the morning glory family? Or maybe primrose - they have terrible wandering roots too - great for hillsides though.
