Looking out from the top of a hedgerow, this smart little yellowhammer stayed put long enough for me to get a few photos. This picture is a bit fuzzy, but I don't care. I have been hoping to get a half decent picture of one of these little chaps for years.
OH ! What luck ! Such a sweet bird : ) Did he sing his song for you ? ...." A little bit of bread and no cheese " ?
ReplyDeleteBit of a shame, Daisy, but I didn't have quite that much luck. The biggest miracle is that the wind was blowing, the bush was swaying, but I managed to get a good shot.
