A Pretty Picture for Sunday - Wild Garlic


Taken in the woods in May, when the woods smelt of garlic and had a carpet of these beautiful white flowers with bluebells mixed in.

    The photo is pretty, but wild garlic will take over in the garden. My husband unwittingly planted it years ago and I am constantly pulling them up.

      You can use the leaves in cooking, though. Quite tasty in soups and sauces.
