A Pretty Picture for Sunday - Stripy Shield Bug


Taken last summer in Poland - there were lots of them about.  I rather like his natty stripy outfit. We don't see these insects here.  He is one of these...

    We had shield bugs in New Jersey too but not this colorful. Now in North Carolina they call them stink bugs for good reason.
